		<description>Hi Bev, I have not had the opportunity to see the movie Invictus but it sounds very good. I love the way you have used the movie to draw out the 5 Practices. This challenges our way of thinking and the application of the practices to non-traditional situations/settings. Nelson Mandela was a true leader in every sense of the word as you demonstrate with this analogy of his life. I strive to utilize the 5 practices in my every day life, work as well as personal.
