- The Downstream Evaluation Research Study Project Synopsis (pdf) conducted by Royal Roads University Centre for Health Leadership and Research on individuals who participated in four different leadership programs: the Dorothy M. Wylie Nursing and Health Leaders Institutes; Royal Roads Leaders for Life programs; Master of Arts in Leadership with a Specialization in Health, Royal Roads University; and Physician Manager Institutes, Canadian Medical Association. This study tracked the experiences of individuals in their home organizations a few months after taking leadership programming, as they attempt to put into practice the concepts, ideas, and skills they acquired as part of their leadership development program.
